All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition.
Responsibility for lost or damaged parcels
While we accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the UPS system please notify us if your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged. We will arrange for a claim to be fowarded to UPS.
If your goods arrive broken, UPS may request to view them before any claims can be made.
Returns Policy
All returns will be with Receipt only. To request a refund/return please email us within 30 days of receiving your goods at support@holtequipment.net. Products need to be returned to us within 7 days if your refund/return is accepted.
Sale Items or End of Lines cannot be refunded or exchanged. (Postage and handling is NON refundable).
